We raise 100% grass-fed/finished lamb and yearling lamb for consumers searching for gourmet quality, pasture-grazed lamb and mutton.
All our animals are raised without corn or GMO grain or prophylactic use of antibiotics in the food. We don’t add artificial growth hormones to industrial ag feed either. Just natural forage with daily rotations to fresh pasture, slat and minerals and pure mountain water.
We sell whole animals to restaurants and butchers in NYC and are planning to open an on-farm store later in 2017.
